What is The Mindful Writer?
Part writing class, part spiritual retreat, and part artistic community, a Mindful Writing Workshop provides a safe, inspiring place to explore, create, and tap your deep writing voice. It is for anyone who wants to laugh, center, connect, and experiment while learning the essential skills of creative expression and literary craft. Mindful Writers come to test (and challenge) convention, to integrate mindfulness into their creative lives, to learn to listen, and to experience truly being heard.
